BREATHE & RELEASE
Spend the first 3 - 5 minutes of your day just breathing. Take big deep breaths and release all your stresses, all your worries, let them leave you for just 5 minutes. Every breath you take breathe in deeper and release more out of your lungs and your body.
For the next 5, 10 or 15 minutes focus on your breath, observe the air as it passes in and out of your body. If thoughts come up don't judge in them, just observe them like clouds in the sky slowly entering and leaving your space
For the last 3 - 5 minutes, take this moment to have gratitude. What are you grateful for? The sun for always shining? The birds for singing? The plants for providing us with food and our families for giving us love. Take a moment to appreciate, all that is wonderful in this life
