Day 1

SCROLL DOWN

Day 1

Now that you have completed your 7 Day Raw Reset, it's a good opportunity to implement these practices into your everyday life. Start by maintaining your routine of lemon water & a green smoothie. Drinking our Wake Up Call (link to recipe) is one of the best ways to flush out your system after the body has completed its detoxification processes while you sleep. Our Daily Green (link to recipe) ensures that you have all the nutrients you need to start the day off right.

Stay on plant-based wholefoods today so that your body has time to re-adjust and re-align. Keep breakfast raw. If you want to incorporate cooked foods back into your routine, you can start at lunch & dinner. Stick with simply prepared veggies. Try steamed broccoli and greens with roast pumpkin or sweet potato. Remember to keep hydrated! Sip on water throughout the day, but not during meal times so that you avoid diluting digestive juices.

Day 2

Day 2

Start your day off with our Wake Up Call (link to recipe) & Daily Green Smoothie (link to recipe). If you’re after a cooked breakfast, try gluten free oats or quinoa porridge. If it’s savoury that you’re after, try avocado on toast using thinly sliced roasted pumpkin instead of bread. Top with sprouts and pepitas.

Stay on plant-based wholefoods today so that your body has time to re-adjust and re-align. It’s a great opportunity to stick with the switches you made during the cleanse. Keep swapping refined sugars for mineral rich natural sweeteners like coconut nectar and maple syrup. And dairy for nut based mylks (link to recipe).

Day 3-7

Day 3-7

Start your day off with our Wake Up Call & Daily Green Smoothie. Keep practicing what you enjoyed the most on the cleanse. A good tip is to pre-prepare your lunches for work. Raw ingredients travel well and don’t have to be cooked or heated!

If you want to introduce grains back to your diet, you can do so at lunch and dinner. Go for gluten free and nutrient dense options like quinoa and brown rice. Pair with seasonal roasted or steamed vegetables and enjoy with a side of raw salad greens.

Make a commitment to make yourself healthy dinners at home. Not only can you be sure they’re nutrient dense and delicious, but you are also maintaining that vital connection with food and nourishing your body, mind and soul./

Check out our 7 Day Dinners for quick, easy and mouth watering ideas. Now it’s time to cultivate your own culture of health. Make the most out of the 7 Day Raw Reset by integrating and maintaining the healthy practices you’ve learnt into your new lifestyle.
